The HUADA ZMDM-39PS micro rectangular connector redefines space efficiency. With dimensions 2.78mm shorter in length, 5.4mm narrower, and 3.9mm lower than its predecessor (J29A series), it's a miniaturized marvel. Despite its small size, this connector packs a punch. It offers reliable contact spacing (1.91mm), row spacing (1.65mm), and a crimping cross-sectional area suitable for 0.15mm² to 0.35mm² wire. Whether in extreme temperatures (from -55°C to +125°C) or under pressure (800V), the ZMDM-39PS delivers high performance.

Proof Pressure: The proof pressure varies based on the set point: For set points below 100 psig, the proof pressure is 250 psig (17 bar).
For set points between 100 and 500 psig, it can handle up to 600 psig (41 bar).
Set points exceeding 500 psig have a proof pressure of 800 psig (55 bar).
Customized higher pressures are available for specific applications (please contact Sensata for details).
Burst Pressure: The ZMDM-39PS connector can withstand an impressive burst pressure of 5000 psig, ensuring its durability and safety even under extreme conditions.
Life at Rated Current: All versions of the ZMDM-39PS connector (UL Recognition) are rated for 100,000 cycles. The 20PS variant achieves an even higher life of 250,000 cycles.
Dielectric Strength: The ZMDM-39PS connector provides excellent insulation with a dielectric strength of 750 Vrms (open contacts) and 1550 Vrms (terminals to fitting). This prevents electrical leakage and enhances safety.
Lead Wire Material / Electrical Connection: The connector features 18 or 16 AWG lead wires made of 600V, 105°C PVC material.
